Returns & Exchanges 

At Farah Stores, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for an exchange:

 • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the same state as received.

 • All original tags must be attached.

 • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

 • A valid purchase receipt must be provided.

Please note, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to process an exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product (or the next working day).

We will review the issue and aim to resolve it promptly. Claims reported after 24 hours (or the next working day) may not be eligible for assistance.

Items purchased at a sale or discounted price are not eligible for exchange. Exchanges are only applicable to regular-priced items.
